Day 43: All good things must come to an end

What better way to get over jet lag than to sleep in until 10:15.
Breakfast at the United Services Recreation Club and then quickly packed our things to leave at the reception.
Lunch was with the McCoys, Evers and Yorks at a different club around the corner, the KCC or Kowloon Cricket Club.  A little oasis surrounded by the tall buildings of Kowloon.
So many kids and so much fun.
It was great to catch up with old friends from College and to remember times from Queen Street.

We then got a tour around St Andrews Church and were absolutely impressed by their new renovation.   The Evers and McCoys had so many different animals in their apartment and the kids wanted to play with them all. They had an albino echidna, hamsters, fish, snakes and a chameleon.  I suppose that is the type of pets you have in Hong Kong when dogs are on the menu.

Waffles and skewers from a street vendor were so good (and came highly recommended by Sarah Hindle) that we had to go back for seconds.
Final big group photo then back onto the bus and train to Hong Kong airport.
