Day 7: A walk in the countryside

Today was the first day in the wooded country side.  We went for a nice walk at the top of Mt de l'Enclus.  

Stopped and had a great lunch with an obligatory beer. We tried Vol-au vents (more like lots and lots of sauce drowning a vol au vents) and Croque Monsuier.  Once again, people around here do not speak English and often no French!

We then journey on and found our first good Belgian bike shop.  Uncle Matt would have loved it.

We then went and showed the kids some cobbles.  Despite their protestations it was not "boring"

We then made our way into town for waffles.  We thought we would find waffle shops everywhere but were wrong.  We had a look around a few towns and found our way back to Ronse u til we found one.

Lastly dad got another nice ride in.  So many cobbles, so little time.
