Today was the day that the University work really started. The last few days has involved finishing up writing talks and other work amongst a bit of site seeing, but today got a bit more focused. The conference started at midday at the almost brand new building of Marlardalens University. It was half a day, but a really interesting session, as well as a nice buffet dinner and mixer in the evening. The building really stands out as a modern and clean building.
I went back to my room for a short while and flicked on the TV, and what should be on? Australian Master chef of course!
There are lots of things about this town I could grow to enjoy. Like the bike servicing centre on the street opposite the Uni. And of course beer.
