Sumer Fun #31

Today was a good morning one. Mark woke up at 4am to do a triathlon. This is great, they are starting to run events on saturdays instead of Sunday’s.  It was slow and painful and a good kick in the butt to get in shape again.

Ed is at boomerang still with the cousins, and will hopefully come home soon.

Over night Robin became unwell whilst away and had a rushed trip to hospital from boomerang beach.  All was well in the end and was calling Sally by the end of the day complaining of being bored in hospital. 

The house had got messy with the accumulation of all kinds of holiday things, so we all spent some time cleaning and tidying up.  There was some  lawn in morning in the heat as well.

At night our good friends the Cassis family came for dinner. Although we have not seen them for a while all the kids got on really well and played badminton and watched movies.  A really nice way to finish the day.
