Summer Fun #45 Australia day

After a long drive home yesterday the plan was for a Ride for Dad early in the morning and then out for lunch.  However dad had a chaplaincy call that went till 1:30am.  As a result the ride started at 7:45am and only for a couple of hours.  Sal also went onto her wind trainer, while the kids played their instruments for the first time in a couple of weeks.  

It was a hot day, so after a quick cold shower we went out to the York’s for lunch. It was lovely to hang out by the pool with our friends and another family.  Dad and Ed got into the spirit and wore their Aussie flag clothes.



Nothing says Australia Day like shopping, so on the way home we bought supplies for school on Tuesday. 

We got home and had a Chilled night at home.
