Summer Fun #26 Training

At the moment we are having a lul in the summer action.  Yesterday had been a day of rest and recovery and today was a day of routine. All the kids did a music practice, their first since Christmas, mark worked all day and Sally went to the library, did shopping drove kids around, did some work etc.  of course the lead up to waterpolo nationals so they both had training, while Ed also had his first Trinity squad for the year.

 Kate trained with her team at Leichhardt pool at the same time but at Ryde.  Holly will be playing with a composite team with Ryde, so they will be the Ryde Tigers for the comp. that will be a strange beast.

Holly also had a fall on the way into the pool.  She has badly grazed her knees, but battled on and did the full training session. Champion! 

Kate and her team are all organising special swimmers with their names inscribed on their butts.  Classic! 

Ed swam like a trooper. Legend!
